We received the robe in the later part of the day from UPS however, the sleeves are to big, the robe is to long, and my wife’s initials are L.M.W. NOT L.A.W. .The robe will have to be worn because of imperative necessity because that is protocol at the Bishops request. This order has been placed in the early part of March and we are just receiving the garment. With respects to your company we are very unhappy with the services provided. Moreover, even more disgusted with the representative who ordered it. We feel he was not punctual, thorough or honest. How can we resolve this problem for the money and wasted time spent?
