Went with my Uncle…. the worse client services and in addition operationally make you sign your signature, print your name and write relationship to person having blood draw… in this case three times. no other lab does this The patient experience here is a big fat zero!

Absolutely pathetic place. Would give them no stars, if possible. Charged $703 for a lab blood test and took well over 5-7 days for results to be provided back. Spoke to Michael in billing who was more interested in arguing over the phone than escalating the issue – he hung up instead. No response to my follow up email to customer service. Avoid Quest Diagnostics, if you can help it.Reply – already did contact your customer service and billing dept. they hung up on me. No reply to my contact us message either. You can track it and reply to me that way REF# 404005754

I usually go to Santa Rosa for my blood tests, but this is so much closer. I wish they had the extensive hours and staff Santa Rosa does, but this location is alright if you make an appointment. They are very small and do not have much staff, not a great place for walk-ins, but convenient for the location
