AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! Cannot understand their rental process. Was trying to become a customer, but they made it EXTREMELY difficult after multiple calls from different agents and managers. Everyone was telling me to do something different. I was trying to rent, but couldn’t do it. Incredibly bizarre system and confusing. Customer service is horrible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.2 days later – Was contacted by management to rectify the situation. They went out of their way to understand the problem I was having and managed to accommodate my needs. Because of the prompt action of their team, I have revised my review. Storage units were clean and location felt safe. Thank you for reaching out.
