I knew when I got to the storage 15 minutes before closing that I was cutting it close. when Britney informed me that they’d be closing at 6pm, I told her that I was waiting for someone, and that their ETA was 6:04pm. She told me that I had to at least be outside the gate. I mentioned that I not only had to move my car, but that I also had an electric car that needed to be moved. She was extremely helpful by pushing the electric car to the gate, while I got my car. I appreciate her going above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t have done it, and been out by closing without her help.

Honestly I was having a pretty bad day and went in to Public storage for some boxes and who would of knew that the young lady that assisted me (Brittney I think her name was) would change my whole mood. She was so helpful and pleasant and I needed that. If you want great customer service you guys should definitely keep her.
