Propel grew out of the recognition that e-bikes hold the potential to transform transportation as we know it. We’ve dedicated ourselves to bringing that transformation about since our founding in 2011. We’re pioneering a new industry standard that all the electric bikes we sell must meet, educating legislators so e-bike riders will be treated fairly under the law, and guiding consumers away from expensive pitfalls towards their perfect e-bike match.

The customer service was poor , I had to make a reservation to buy a bike seat in which once I called to make the reservation… The CSR who answered the phone told me the least expensive banana seat they had was $55….. All this standing outside looking in…. No worries there was a mom and pops store that was happy to sell me the banana seat for much least.

If you’re looking for a well-engineered high-end e-bike, Propel Bikes is the place to go. There are multiple reasons why you should buy from Propel. They are one of the dealerships for Riese & Muller Bicycles and they have most of the models on display to test ride.I purchased a Riese & Muller Load 60 HS. I’ve never seen a personalized service like this from an e-bike store. I got to meet Chris, their CEO, and Founder of Propel Bikes. He is truly driven by his passion for e-bikes, transforming the lives of people through a clean and efficient transportation future. He knows his products well. His staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.Going through the purchase process was a seamless transaction. Propel accepted my Commuter Voucher checks that I receive from work.Of all the other dealerships, Propel’s prices are very competitive and they offered free delivery. Chris delivered my bike as promised. He made some adjustments, thoroughly explained the features of the bike and warranty. The Riese & Muller Load 60 HS is just so awesome. It was definitely an upgrade from a Haibike Fatsix Xduro 9.0. Full suspension is the way to go. It gives you confidence on your ride.Chris just went above and beyond with his service.
