Customer service is horrible with Angent Julie Ann M. I have an battery issue with my new GoPro hero 9. Julie Ann M let me do a list of things, we were spending 30mins+. Even I followed all her instructions, she still didn’t trust me. Let me send photo to proof what I had done. And I have to take photo and update to drive, she left the chat during less than 2 mins before I can share the drive link to her.
