Location: They made great decisions for color scheme and poses, but I can not imagine how bad my daughter’s senior pictures would have been if I did not go with her. The pics from when I was across the room and didn’t notice things are frustrating. For example, tags showing that I had to flip or cut out so they were hidden, pat flyaway hair down. With cap & gown pictures, stole leaving on one side, was almost over by her arm pit in all but one picture. I could go on… These were small things, but are so obvious I can’t even order those pictures to give away.Customer service: Just a call center, they know nothing about pictures. Asked a few different questions and was placed on hold each time, assuming they had to read thru some material. For example, something simple to me “Are the pictures matte vs. glossy since there was no option.” Told that they would come on “normal” paper.

If there was an option to leave negative stars, then I would. They advertise prices for Senior portrait session and after you pay your money and show up for session you get less than what was advertised. Their excuse is Covid, and although I understand there is a pandemic, then be professional and send out an email update beforehand. I am also still waiting on proofs from a month and a half ago. I have left messages and no one has bothered to call me back. This place is by far the worst photo studio I have ever come in contact with
