So, today was quite a disappointment at Pressed. As I went into the store at 5pm tonight with my son, that is in elementary school, the girl at the register stuck a finger up and said one. I was confused at first, then she just said one again. I realized what she was trying to say was only one person in the store at one time. Our family goes almost every week and every single employee has been amazing, never had an issue with my son with me, thus we go back for the expensive juices and great service. Ever since Covid started, there was never an issue with bringing my son into the store, as he was a child. I asked her if she expected me to leave my son outside, and she basically said, not her problem. No need to cause a problem in front of my son, so we left. If you had a bad day, fine, but there’s no need for bad attitudes in retail. Oh well, we will probably still go there because everyone else is amazing, but definitely not when she is there.

I have no words. Just kidding!! This place is amazing. It was my first time at a Pressed Juicery and I am thoroughly shook. I think everything is vegan and it’s all so healthy. I got the chocolate freeze; the only ingredients are water, dates, almonds, cacao, and sea salt. It was so creamy without the cream! It was a little bit pricy but so worth it. The service was quick.

The girl working behind counter was so rude, and they changed their deal that we usually get (4/$20). So I called my wife to ask which one to get and she asked to go outside the shop when there was no one waiting. She even refused to give any more information. You just lost a regular customer. Rude rude and unprofessional experience.
