I used to be a fan of PB but the customer service no longer exist! I ordered an entire bedroom set to only be told after 2 months of waiting that its going to be delayed further. Understandable due to pandemic. After waiting a few more weeks, finally delivery was scheduled. The day before delivery they stated the incorrect dresser (that has been available 2 months prior) was incorrect they need to reorder. After 2 hours of complaining, they told me we’d have to wait 2-3 months. They will search around but nothing shows in inventory….the next day miraculously they found the dresser so they can schedule delivery for that. I don’t understand who is doing quality assurance but it doesn’t exist here. I also ordered another item to be delivered June 2021 …it was cancelled, but the kicker is well you can order it now for delivery in a week. I wouldn’t recommend ordering if you don’t have hours to spend on the phone to find out where and when your items will come or even if they’ll come. Not worth the time!

I placed an order of a sectional set in 11/15, 2018 and I was told it will be delivered by 12/3.Then they pushed the delivery date to 1/9.Today is 1/29, still no sofa. I called to check the status, they told me it is now pushed to 2/22.I told them I had enough. I want to cancel my order. At this point I no longer believe the dates they give me.The lady on the phone was super mean she told me I can’t cancel it since it is in transit to their local warehouse. I can only cancel it once the items reach their local warehouse.So let me get the straight, I have to wait for the sofa to reach their local warehouse before I can cancel this order! An order I already paid for 3 months ago?But it doesn’t stop there. It gets better, she told me I will be charged the shipping fee when I cancel. The shipping fee is nonrefundable! I said what shipping fee, I haven’t even receive the items yet. She told me because they have to ship this sofa from a different warehouse to their local warehouse. So if I canceled I still have to pay the shipping fee from warehouse A to warehouse B!Then I told her this is mess up.Her reply: What else can I help you with!Me: What the #$@&%!?

Ugh. They wouldn’t sell me the mirror I came for. Then they weren’t sure they cpuld sell me the lockbox I loved. Then they sold me the lockbox. Then we found out its screwed to the wall, I didn’t complain n it was dusty. Then they couldn’t find the key to the box, they found the key to mirror I wanted. Then she gave me lil lip cause it was non refundable. Supervisor returned my money to me. They were all nice, just highly unorganized. N there shouldn’t b items on the floor not for sale with a price tag. Ugh.
