I would say 3.5 stars. The staff is fantastic and attentive, the prices are so so. 40% off full retail. A lot of odds and ends stuff, but a pretty good deal if you’re looking for something to take home same day vs. weeks if you ordered through PB. (Sofas, chairs) Also big savings on large item shipping fees.Bottom line is if they happen to have what you’re looking for you can save some $.

Went today and was pleasantly surprised at the selections they had. Enployee’s very nice and there to help if needed. You have to remember it is an outlet store so you need to check for scratches and blemishes. Pottery barn is pretty pricey so the outlet is at a discount but still pricey but you can find some real good deals if you know your pricing.
