I bought a dining room table fall 2019. Within about 8 months the finish started coming off in places and has gotten significantly worse. After months of trying to get customer service to do something – ANYTHING – they told me I should have the table refinished.. I asked what their warranty is on the furniture and was told 1 month. For over $4000 for the table and bench, a 1 month return (warranty) policy????? I have purchased tables, a sofa and beds from PB/West Elm/Williams Sonoma group and even worked there years ago. I could not be more disappointed and will not be shopping with them again.

I purchased a couch for approximately $3000 and paid for professional delivery. The couch arrived with one foot broken. The delivery person took a photo and reported it, he said someone from the company would be in touch with me same day. I sent an email myself reporting the problem just to make sure. No response. I called the store a few days later and they reported the problem. I got an email acknowledging their report and asking for photos. They said expect to wait 2 weeks to hear back. I sent more photos and waited 2 weeks. Again no response. After contacting the corporate office I finally got a response but it took over 2 months for the repair. The bottom of the couch still doesn’t look right. Horrible customer service.
