Came to Arlington for a soccer tournament & was referred here by a family member. The Avo Turkey was pretty good. Good flavor. The wheat bread actually has flavor. We were the only ones in there so service was quick.

This review is based on 2 visits over a month span. About a month ago, I took my kids there and after taking about 15 minutes to get our order strait, and made, the kid working the counter told us we had to eat outside while it was cold, because they just cleaned the dining room. I told them it was 30 mins before closing and he went to talk to his manager and came back and again said we would have to eat outside. We told him to forget about our food and left. I vowed never to come back, but did again last night, craving their turkey avocado sandwich. I was approached vigorously for not wearing a mask, and after returning with one, the kid at counter kept making sandwiches without acknowledging me for about 5 minutes. I stood patiently, and waited for him, until he finally asked me what I wanted without looking at me. I could write a paragraph on this guy, but long story short, I couldn’t understand him because he was mumbling through his mask, and he apparently could not understand me, because my order was completely messed up. There was no ice in machine, and tea was put away. I told them ice machine was empty and I wanted more ice along with some tea. They got me tea without adding ice, and when I came back for second round, the ice machine was still empty, and still no tea, and kid was leaned over serving counter looking at me without saying a word. I left without saying anything. I will certainly never come here again. I only give it 2 stars because the food was ok, despite it being wrong. The service here is completely inept.
