We were just passing by when we saw an elliptical that looked interesting. Billy the owner answered our questions, including those regarding the warranty and possible repairs. Billy was enthusiastic, but certainly not overbearing. It was a brand with which we were unfamiliar and we wanted to do a little research before committing and Billy was happy to put the machine on hold. We returned the next day after we did some searching and recognized that Billy’s price was very fair. Within an hour, Billy made arrangements, the machine was courteously and efficiently delivered by Steven, and we were ellipticing (if there be such a word) away. We couldn’t be happier with the elliptical and with our experience with Billy and his establishment. In the future it will be the first place we shop for our sporting good needs.
