I really love shopping here. But trying to resell clothes here is pointless. They NEVER buy anything no matter how new or how nice the clothes are. I literally purchased shorts from this exact location a month or so ago, and I gained some weight so I took them back to try and resell them back and the cashier said they couldn’t buy them because they were older styles when they were American Eagle blue denim that I had just bought there. They also didn’t buy two brand new pairs of heels from Fashion Nova for the same alleged reason.. I don’t know if they work on a point system or if it’s just personal preference on what they pick and choose to buy but it’s incredibly frustrating. Especially when you can go through their store and find stuff that’s in worse condition for sale.

Make that a negative star, they are selling high Sierra brand clothes which are Wal-Mart for more than Wal-Mart charges. Crazy and they said my stuff is outdated, I don’t think they have a clue in this place!!

I come in all the time to sell my clothes. It is such an easy buy process, the employees talk you through the process and make the experience enjoyable. Just because items are new with tags doesn’t mean that they’re going to take them. It’s a teen store and they buy accordingly. Definitely worth the drive!
