5 Stars all the way. I purchased a new 2021 Yamaha Viking. It was well worth the 2+ hour drive. Bayleigh, Karla, Greg, and Jamie were all top notch. We handled everything over the phone. Pick up and paperwork was a cinch. Excellent customer service, and excellent staff. Highly recommend!
The Price Perspective
Nick Crosby is my contact at Pinnacle and he is AWESOME! I called about a 2006 Goldwing and he turned me onto a 2008 Goldwing with a comfort package and other amenities. The price was $500 less than other dealers for the same bike without the extras. They have a knowledgeable staff and their Business Manager, Greg Varner, was extremely amiable in explaining the financing and Pinnacle Motorsports policies. By far the best experience I have had buying a motorcycle. Pinnacle will be my choice of dealers for future purchases and upgrades.
