While I know some owners are hesitant to use PetSmart for grooming – we actually find the experience to be quite good. You can easily schedule online or with their app. The groomers are very thoughtful and ask good questions to make sure they understand your pup and what you want in terms of their services. You get timely reminders and notifications throughout the process. Recommended based on our experiences.
