I love the customer service. The cashier that was there was so helpful. The person in the entrance was really nice. They were gonna close in 5 minutes but I am so happy that I was allow to go in buy the stuff for my birds my bunny so happy my favorite petco always. Friendly employees. Super clean organized .

So just adopted my dog Kratos about 3 weeks ago. I was a little nervous about getting him groomed, but the groomer Joan reassured me that she will do her best and try to make Kratos’s first trip to the groomers a wonderful experiance for both him and me. She did not disappoint. Thank you i cant wait to take him again. This was him when we got home. Again thank you Joan

I took my dog for the first time today to this Petco trusting Joan N and Stephanie S with my dog. NEVER AGAIN my poor dog was traumatized and I will never know the reality of what happened. I didn’t notice this until I got home because he wouldn’t eat and when I would pick him up he was listless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING WITH JOAN N AND STEPHANIE S.
