Staff is usually really helpful, store is usually very clean. Great selection of fish, which are generally in good health. Selection of plants leaves something to be desired, however. And the plants are usually in really poor health and i got pest snails from my first submersed plant purchase. Pet supplies are generally a little overpriced, but i guess that’s the cost of convenience. overall i really like this store and will continue to shop here

I got my dogs pet bed and collar from there, I like the collar but I should have gotten a bed at walmart, mind you this is for a yorkie and its a large crate, that is my other dog

My 11 year old granddaughter was shopping for another fish for her aquarium this day… We got absolutely no help. I understand places are understaffed, but when you ask for help 3 times and no one comes is ridiculous. Especially, when they say someone is on their way. The cashier was very friendly though! He said he would make sure and wrap her aquarium ornament for her, to make sure it doesn’t get broken. He counted her change back to her, which was very impressive since we are teaching her ‘money’. I’d give more stars but I am disappointed that we got no help with the fish…
