The prices were right in line with what I found at online stores but I was able to really see and touch the items which helped me visualize what would work best for our new Guinea pig setup. The store was clean and inviting for bringing your furry friends. The customer service at this store has been phenomenal the both times I’ve been here. They were knowledgable and very patient to answer all the questions I had. I would typically give 5 stars for all this greatness but the one drawback is that they were out of stock of some items both times I went and couldn’t really say when they’d be back in stock. That very well may not be in their control with all the supply-chain issues these days. Even so, this is a new favorite store for me!!
