N’t recommend going to the shop I’m going to have to find a new mechanic

I stopped here after trying another local spot that wanted me to leave my car for 2 hours for an easy nail in tire fix. Penneys took me right in and patched my tire up in literally less than 5 minutes.(considering I had a busy day ahead of me this place has a new permanent customer). This is what I expect from a local spot, friendly quick service.

Unfortunately I had to change my review from a five star to a one star went to the shop paid off I previous balance today and was told by one of the employees that he would get some work done on my vehicle today and then the owner came to me and said oh no the work is done that needs to be done don’t worry about it so I kind of got screwed got a foot in the behind for no reason at all after I thought work was going to be done today so kind of wouldn’t recommend going to the shop I’m going to have to find a new mechanic
