Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop. It’s amazing how many lies can come out of their mouth, both the woman and the owner, almost spontaneously. The unit we got turned out to be a display unit while they insisted its brand new from the factory; The key was loose while they insisted it was damaged by us. They also try hard to talk you into buying their second handed and over priced units. The experience overall makes me feel disrespected. Look around and there are many good shops in Bay Area with far better integrity than this one. People working in this shop should feel ashamed trading their souls for money.

Greg is very passionate owner and has a very fine collection of pianos from Grand Pianos costing thousands of dollars to the basic acoustic ones that rent for 40 dollars a month. He provides you with unbiased opinion. He is thinking of retirement so take a visit before this one shuts shop. Even if you don’t end up buying one you will get some great guidance
