This has quickly become my favorite coffee shop. The location is great, right on Santana Row, staff are friendly, orders are prepared fast (most of the time; there has been a couple of misses unfortunately), and I live the outside seating. It is quite limited during Covid, but still I enjoy sitting here and getting my work done!

This store may be popular for many others. Today I decided to have a coffee outside after months. I have experienced two incidents here.1. I asked for ceramic cup for my coffee and employee handed to me a cup seem to be unwashed. I tried to wipe off the dripped line of coffee outside with my finger and it did not go away. It means the cup has been like that for awhile. I asked for replace to paper cup and employee did with unhappy face.2. I have reward to Peets, and today I tried to open the app while I order. The employee was supposed to ask me before she closed my transaction. When I was able to open, and she told my that she already closed my transaction. And she started to lecture me that I need to do than scanning when I am ordering which is I know. Won’t go here ever again.
