The customer service here at Pedego was literally the best I’ve ever had at a rental company. I truly value good customer service and this was TOP NOTCH. I personally worked with Evan to rent some e-bikes for a day and he couldn’t have been nicer. It was like dealing w/ a good friend honestly. If I ever need a bike rental, Pedego will be my first stop, or if I take the plunge and purchase an e-bike, I would go there just because of the awesome customer service.
