I went in on 1/31.. There was one Young lady working cashier, ballons and phones one gentlemen stockings.Even though tho it was raining there was a lot of ppl and phone was ringing off the hook.( It is a few days before super bowl). Also young lady trying to clean up from night before. Dont understand why they would not schedule more help for her..This is Managements Job.. But the Young lady stayed professional trying to run to the cash register and making my ballon bouquet’s answearing phones, the gentleman helped her a little but he has to put up the merchandise. Young lady apologized to me so many times. I did not even get there names.But i want to say to her Thank You Mija..Great Job also Ty, to the gentlemen..Scheduling do a better job to help ur employees…
