Good concept however they were out of supplies. If you are a party store you need to ensure you have stuff stocked for birthday parties for all ages. Also please check items before leaving if your item was damage before leaving the store and you do not see it and come back they will NOT exchange even if you have a receipt.

I spent days looking @ others stores for (L.O.L) party invitations and party decorations for my little girls 8th birthday party and Party City was my last stop before giving up. There were a few things I didn’t like here. First, they didn’t have supplies I was looking for. Most of the isles were empty. Next was the line, they had few people on registers. Next was ordering. I went to pick up a bouquet of balloons for a birthday at the time the lady at the register had told us. We were informed that it would be ready at 6 because of the graduation stuff. I agreed but when I arrived for the order, we were told that it wasn’t ready because of other orders ahead. They double checked our receipt and turns out they changed our time without even letting us know before we left the register when we made the order. This service was bad and I was late to the birthday with the gift.
