Really horrible customer service. We were interested in a dining table that was offered to us for a specific price if we paid in cash. The manager ignored us because he was in a personal call for about 20 minutes. We were the only customers there and when he hung up he said that it was impossible to give us that deal. He denied that the lady who attended us last week even worked at his store. He mentioned to us that he was waiting for another customer that was going to buy the same table for a higher price. We said never mind and he didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or for the misunderstanding. He went back to his desk and did not ask if we were interested in another offer. He had no manners to even walk us out or give us some business card. I was informed he was the manager of the store. I work in sales at a dealership and I have not been this unsatisfied before.
