The board member lady who greeted us offered to take us on a complete tour of the buildings and grounds. It surprised us how much there is to see. Tour lasted about an hour and was very interesting. What a treat!

Usually, this little bakery in Paris Texas delivers a great product! It’s been a few years, prior to their move to the new location, but visiting recently we were disappointed on both occasions. They tend to sell out quickly on Saturdays for popular items which is a credit to their baked goods. The staff, however, seem to have other issues… On the first visit it took extraordinarily long to get our order… how long does it take to heat up a croissant? And they were lukewarm at best so had been obviously sitting on counter for a while. On our second visit, the lady taking orders could not even be bothered to acknowledge me standing in front of her for more than 10 mins while she plated other orders… a simple I’ll be right with you would have sufficed. Needless to say, I left. Customer service should always come before profit. Fortunately, we have left this community permanently, and wish them the best of luck!
