This is likely the worst company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They are very slow to respond to communications. Multiple staff members were insulting and condescending. I had a very short experience with their pool repair service. The experience was horrible. They failed to recognize a gfci outlet to the pool light that was wired in reverse polarity after being notified there was a problem with the outlet. This was a potentially very dangerous error on their part. I would strongly suggest that you seek out another company for your pool services for the safety and welfare of your family.
