I came in to purchase a Pandora Moments necklace, and another patron rudely cut before me in line, and basically DEMANDED to be given her in store pick up order. Well I’m in a wheelchair, and had my service animal with me, and clearly was upset about the situation! But the staff on duty that day were incredibly kind, fair, and amazingly helpful in regards to making my shopping experience a very pleasant one. Naron and Christian dealt with the patron’s inability to have and show manners, while also reassuring me that I would not be disregarded just because their customer was being immature and disrespectful. I was treated like a queen, and well the snotty nosed little princess was able to be content that day also. Awesome job guys. Keep up the good work. This particular Pandora’s Jewelry Store is very fortunate to have employees such as yourselves. I’m most definitely coming back, and recommending you guys to ALL my friends and associates.

Quite difficult to find as it’s inside the shopping centre and as “new in the area” it took me a while to find the exact location. Regardless – really helpful staff who managed to find the last panda set in their storage quite quickly. Would definitely recommend even if it would be “just for the customer service”
