The manager at pandora is unprofessional and rude as well. I ordered a ring a month ago and they told me they will call back around 7-10 days, but no call and patiently wait for a month and came by to get my ring that I ordered. And they gave me the wrong size plus I went back to tell them ( the manager) that I have the wrong size that I ordered, and she just told me, “ the customer who is at the front of me is the last customer “ but I explained that I came an hour ago and I got the wrong size I ordered. But this rude and selfish manager just told me “ we cannot not handle you since we’re busy and we closed at 7 so please come tomorrow ”. Are you serious? I’m not the one who messed up the size….So please if you wanna have a good service and feel comfortable shopping NEVER choose this location. PANDORA at Galleria is not a recommendation especially if your having or precious time.

The store manager is very unprofessional! We waited outside the store patiently for a whole hour while another group of customers were shopping inside because of a store capacity of 5 customers at a time! We were inside the store for 5 minutes and approached us asking is we were gonna buy anything if not to leave the store!???? Because she had more customers waiting outside that wanted to come in! Horrible customer service! Will not be purchasing at this location ever again
