First of all I would really recommend you drive to the next nearest location and take this as a sign. There is something wrong with the meats here. Everything is chewy/fatty and the rice is severely undercooked and taste bland like water unlike other locations. Also portion sizes are small. I get sweet fire chicken (which they don’t serve anymore) and ask for no pineapple because they’ll give you more pineapple than chicken and they say “it’s all cooked in together we’ll try”… as if the pineapple is glued to the chicken

Their portion sizes are progressively getting smaller….. you ask for more and they put 2 pieces then tell you there’s an extra charge. I had to buy more chicken in separate sides

Got an incomplete order. And it’s not the first time it happens. I guess my own fault for not checking it when picking it up.
