Very clean and well kept. Food was great. Service was a little slow. One person to take your order. Just one family ahead of me while so many behind the line should have helped. Just a month into operation, I will give a curve at 4 stars. Will revisit later in the summer.

Listen guys, I realize it’s a new place (kinda) and the age group that works here. However, when an item was missing I simply called to express my disappointment. Not to get anything free or even replaced. Even though I paid for the item. I was having a pretty decent conversation with whoever answered the phone explaining just this when the phone was taken from her and the “shift leader” came on the line. She was abrupt, rude and every time I started to speak to interrupted me. The shift leader only escalated the situation. I bowed out gracefully and will simply not order here again. I haven’t even tried the food so I can’t say if it’s good or bad. But if it is anything like the customer service (or lack thereof) I will probably be making a grill cheese sandwich and calling it a night. #kindessisfree #shiftleaderneedsmoretraining
