Oswego Hospital has been meeting the healthcare needs of Oswego County since 1881. Since our founding more than 130 years ago, we have grown from a facility with 6 beds to a 164-bed acute care community hospital. Our not-for-profit hospital offers acute medical, emergency, surgical, maternity and behavioral health services.

Had both my children at Oswego hospital. Both times the nurses and staff were attentive and friendly. They made sure that my child and I were comfortable and well taken care of. When struggling with nursing, they came in to show new techniques and cheered me on to keep me motivated. They were always willing to answer my questions without hesitation. I would recommend Oswego to everyone who is expecting!

The absolute WORST customer service ever!! In the ER department we encountered the rudest woman accepting patients at one of our scariest moments. Who hires someone like that to deal with patients? Tried for 3 days to reach anyone on the phone to share our experience and NO ONE in any authority answers or returns calls. Unbelievable! Management needs to retrain these extremely unprofessional people working there to let them know they should be working for the community or find another job!!!
