Let me start by saying customer service is a huge thing to me as a consumer. I called O’Reilly and spoke to Terry who asked me to stop by too see if he could help with my tail light. He greeted us at the door and did not stop until he knew what was going on. His determination and commitment to his employer and his integrity was beyond outstanding. It is so easy to say no but Terry found a way to say yes and he went above and beyond his calling. This is one of the reasons I love this location every-time I stop by everyone is helpful and willing that priceless for those who do not know anything about vehicles. I am truly grateful to have made this phone call and speaking to Terry proves once again that there are people willing to be a part of the solution. I will always visit this location because Terry and the other staff are amazingly awesome.
