Cute clothes but everything is always sold out, takes forever to restock and shipping sucks. I ordered a top on a Wednesday and it took over a week to receive. I feel like you guys should have upgraded shipping options.

I love this company!I have always been scared to order clothes online because of reviews and a few of my personal experiences. But none the less, I gave OOTDFASH a chance and I don’t regret it. Their online website is always up to date with items that are out of stock or not in the size you are looking for. The clothes is always great quality, I will say some items are more sheer than what I expected. And my favorite part, their return process is amazing. It is always so easy for me to order an item, If I don’t like it I ship it out and in a few days I have an email with a gift card & my money fully refunded.So far, I could not complain about my experiences and I have bought from them quite a bit.

The clothes are super cute online. They are however pretty over priced. I ordered 3x off them trying not to get the same experience but I did unfortunately. The clothes are all made from this cheap material that is easily ruined after washes. You’d think this clothing store would be great judging the millions of followers they have. Just to have them shipped takes about 5 days on top of that for them to get approved by usps another 4/5 days so by the time the package is delivered is about a month.
