My Mocha Latte and breakfast sandwich were a delight. Who I think was the owner was very pleasant, if I’m in the area again I will definitely come here again.

The coffee, granola scone and breakfast offerings were great. Peanut butter and honey was satisfying. Had a few bites of the chorizo egg sandwich and it was delicious. Nice outside seating area.
