Review Summary

Very kind staff, the ladies up front earlier today were very cool.

Nice selection of clothing and purses.
Crystal Gutierrez
Great prices and the quality is still good.

The stuff here isn’t really as great as I thought a thrift boutique would have, but it’s still worth a look. I did find some things I needed. However, they will not break up sets even to make a buck. Maybe this is standard? It’s just a thrift store… Oh, sorry, boutique…The young lady that helped me provided exceptional customer service Wendy, from start to end. She was very polite and helpful and even offered assistance taking things out. In short, she went out of her way.On the other hand her supervisors were not friendly, just meh, and it really seemed like they just wanted to sell stuff at any cost. Two items that did not belong with my silverware set were not separated for a lower cost. That is poor, money grubbing, customer service. I won’t return, but maybe you will insist that the manager or supervisor ladies act ethically. I guess I do not look like a local and frankly, I’m glad I don’t. It doesn’t hurt to ask least smile when the customer isn’t always right (for whatever reason).PSo proud to be an Angeleño!

Very convenient to drop off some clothing and items we don’t need anymore. The staff are pleasant, took the items and that was it. Easy process.
Jennie
Nice selection of clothing and purses. All the shoes are way to big for me.. I’m a size 6 shoe.
