Don’t expect a box for your anniversary gift you spent a $$$ amount on. Went to pick up for my wife and the lady brought this bag out.I asked her if I could get a box, she said that’s the way it comes. I thought Nordstrom had good customer service. Won’t be shopping here anymore. Off to go buy a box.Joe

Excellent store. Great precautions being taken. Clean and you find everything that you need in one place! The only thing i feel lacking is self checkout for few items otherwise lines are long for checkout.

Went in today to buy a purse. Two of the best employees assisted me in finding one. Their customer service was amazing. They were very friendly, helpful, patient, and fast. 5 Stars!!! They went above and beyond. Great Store!
