Carl Jardevall has owned Nordic Motors since 1995. A native of Sweden, he was born in Trollhattan (the City of Trolls), which also happens to be the town where Saab cars were built. Carl began his automotive career in vocational school, and was a mechanic for military vehicles during his time in the Swedish army. In 1977, he went to work for the local Saab dealer, where he stayed until 1985. During this period, Carl also pursued his love of motorsports, particularly performance (or special stage) rallying. Carl moved to the United States in 1985, and for several years, he worked in various auto repair facilities around the Los Angeles area.
