The best store in town! I had delivered my parcels before time with perfect packaging. They were super fragile.

I barely made it to the shop to drop off a UPS delivery. The lady literally was locking up the shop and opened up again so that I can do my drop off and even waived my dropping off fee. Great people!! I recommend. Thanks again!

HORRIBLE!!! That describes the packing and service from these crooks. Late last year I bought 8 WWI posters from Hudson Valley Antiques in Rock Tavern who recommended this place as his sole shipper. Having bought hundreds of posters from other auctions with no problems, I declined insurance. I also sent this email- most importantly, please make sure that the shipping tube is padded at both ends so that the posters don’t slide while in shipment and get damaged on the ends. This often happens and can ruin the posters. Little did I know that they would just toss these 100 year old posters in a pieced together used box with no protection at all. When I received them they were destroyed. They tried to blame it on Fedex, but it was the lack of proper packing that was at fault. No one would take responsibility despite me sending photos of the damage. They conned Fedex out of the shipping charge and refunded me that, but I was still out $800. They are rude and irresponsible-as is the auctioneer who recommended them. I would be very doubtful that any of these positive reviews are from actual customers.

Tina is the sweetest, most patient person. I love dealing with her when I come to Newburgh Shipping Company. She’s fast, efficient and just an all around great person.
