Placed an order for Mother’s Day, which Mexican families celebrate today, and the chocolates were not delivered to my mother. $80 and a handsome tip for chocolates my mother never received. I was so disappointed when I called her to ask about it.

Horrible service. Placed an order through fromyouflowers.com 2 days before the expected delivery date (they claim they can do same day, so you’d think 48+ hours is ample time). Flowers were for my wedding anniversary and a surprise for my wife. Well, the delivery day came and went with no “thank you” text from my wife. Spoke to flowers.com who assured me this was rare and gave me a small discount. Flowers were delivered the day after and look absolutely nothing like what I spent $60 on. Half the flowers are missing and the ones delivered are wilted. The only reason I know it was this florist is because they left their branding on the receipt (which shouldn’t be part of a gift order). Stay away if you like your expectations met.
