Lots of sugar free syrup options. Their online menu lists things not on the menu here physically in store. But if you ask, they can make it. Seating is a nice cafe with a city corner feel to it.

I came in because of the good reviews….but what a horrible experience.I ordered 3 things, cheese cake, hot chocolate and a black coffee.The cheese cake seemed to be home made but maybe with the worst recipe..it tastes 100% like cream cheese and the crust seemed uncooked.The hot chocolate was almost white and tastes like pure skim milk..The black coffee was quite tasty but it tasted just like folgers…but was mildly warm at best.I was sooo disappointed.. I just walked out and didn’t even ask for a refund..

Owner was very polite, and kind. He was very honest about the long wait time for the waffles, so I ended up ordering small smoothies. When I went to pick them up he had upgraded the smoothies for free to the next size up as an apology for the waffles. So generous.
