the attention here is so perfect. I love how help me to find the shows that my son needed. they went inside the warehouse to looking for the perfect ones because my son use inserts and its difficult to find something for him. but I really recommend go there.

Sergio was amazing! I came in last week to help my mom buy work shoes (she is a grocery worker) and Sergio went above and beyond to help her find the right shoe and sole insert for her needs! He was so patient, knowledgeable, and he was even on his knees helping with the boxes and swapping out the insoles! The prices were great too, I will definitely come back just to talk to Sergio. Amazing customer service. Thanks for hiring him New Balance!
