I flew in from Mississippi too Texas to visit my children & for my son’s.graduation from Texas Southern & his birthday. After, graduation we stopped by the Galleria Mall. It was very very busy on that day…I went into Neiman Marcus & a very nice, courteous, sweet young lady, who works in the perfume area, helped me choose some Chanel Perfume for myself. She was very very helpful. I will be visiting Neiman Marcus again on my next visit to Houston TX.

Absolutely love the service here… I unfortunately do not remember the name of the sales associate from Neiman Marcus but she works in fragrance and she is a very kind lady from Ukraine…I bought perfume, cologne and some wireless earphones (B&O)… Neiman Marcus is the only establishment that carries Bang & Olufsen in Houston which is great…The service was excellent and I appreciate all the patience from the sales associate… Also, I loved the fact that everything that I needed was in once place…
