Stuck on the side of I 40 only 7 miles from their shop at 930 pm. Very nice at first and told she would send a driver out to us and it won’t be long. Then we got a message saying 60 – 70 min which seemed quite long being so close, But OK. Waited an extra 15 min and decided to call, no answer called the other number she gave me. No answer. 4 calls and 30 min later she finally answered very irritated and told me she couldnt get a driver and had cancelled the order a while ago. REALLY? I was not notified that she had done this even though she had my phone number. She left me sitting on the side of the interstate waiting for a truck that was never coming. Called another company and they were there in 20 min.
