So I have mixed feelings about this place. First off, they did work quickly to get me a part that I need when I had an issue with my RV. When they ordered a part, it was mistakenly shipped from Anchorage to Glenallen instead of Valdez. I understand that this is pretty remote area, but they were just like if you know someone coming down, have them stop there and get it. Unfortunately, I didnt, and it shouldn’t be my responsibility to have a part picked up from a location where it didnt belong and is over two hours away. However, thenowner did make it right by refunding some of the cost. I will day the both Amanda and Rodney were helpful and easy to work with. The store has limited items but if you need something, they can order it and have it delivered next day Tuesday-Friday. The other side is these guys are the only auto parts store in town, so the market is pretty much cornered. Either way, they helped out, they were friendly and easy to work with, and in the end my issue was resolved. The only thing I can advocate is make sure you’re prepared for any contingency with your vehicle; I wasn’t, so the trip ended up costing me a pretty penny. If not, well, at least theres a NAPA in town.
