Warning to customers: All sales are final. No refunds period. You *might* get store credit if they feel like it. I purchased $300 of lights that did not fit despite me bringing them the current light as an example. When I brought back the lights to the store, I learned that I will never get my money back (I was not informed of their policy at time of purchase) for lights that I cannot use. I asked to speak to the manager, Ken, who explained that the store cannot offer refunds because he will lose money. Furthermore, Ken explained that Halley, a customer associate, helped me with the purchase and spent time with me. He highlighted that he pays for Halley’s time and, therefore, I have cost him even more money loss because of the time Halley spent with me. Never in my life have I received such poor customer service and encountered such an ill-mannered manager who clearly only cares about his own money and could care less about his customers and employees. Customer beware: Do NOT shop at Z Y Lighting. They are rude, selfish and don’t care about you after they have gotten your money.
