Went in on Memorial Day with four grandchildren who wanted to do some shopping. Immediately on entering, I was asked to put a mask on. I responded that I was fully vaccinated and wouldn’t put one on, per the CDC and President Biden. The two young, enlighted geniuses manning the store proceeded to tell me I needed one regardless while spouting herd immunity. I tried to explain that I was part of the immune herd but at this point, I was being shouted down by their arrogant self-rightousness as they threatened to call the police. Yeah, we left the store and won’t be back.

I had a great experience picking up books from here today. I both love and hate that they limit hot books to one per customer, but glad I was able to pick up several key books I (and my friends) was looking for. Unfortunately they’ll have to get their own since they limited me to one copy, but I personally am happy. The staff is personable and friendly, and I can’t wait to go back. The only downside is parking, but that affects all of the shops on The Denton Square.
