The guy at the front desk was extremely unfriendly. He didn’t acknowledge me for a couple of minutes and final when he did, he was unpleasant to talk to. They told me my order was ready, but I had to wait for 20 minutes for them to actually go and get it.Their customer pick up point has a sign that only one person can enter at one time (I’m assuming because of covid). Meanwhile their customer service person was not wearing a mask. Ridiculous.Customer service in their showrooms is excellent, they should move some people around.

I took a day off to help my 80 year old mother to pick a chair that she overpaid for. When i got to the customer center the Receptionist At the front counter was very rude we were the only 2 people there and it took him several minutes to acknowledge my presence Then he was very rude and said that I could not pick up the chair because my Name was not on the ticket although I had my receipt in hand.. I will never purchase anything From more furniture.

The customer service guy at the desk is very rude. Waited a few minutes at the counter before ever being acknowledged. Once he finally acknowledged myself being there, he had a very bad attitude. Was waiting for him to give further guidance when he said, I told you to wait outside and I will come get you when your order is ready. No customer service skills and MOR should definitely put someone at the counter who is happy to be there and not someone who will chase customers away. Very disappointed and will walk away with my business if this ever happens again.
