I took my shoes to be stretched in the middle of December. They did not stretch it enough so I left them for another couple of days which turned out to be almost a month. Between their hours which are 11:30 am to 6:30 pm, and the holidays, and vacation, it was very hard to find them open. It did not help that the only way they let you know if they were going to be open was a piece of paper on the door. They did a nice job, but honestly it was not worth my many trips or the frustration I went through.
